The Bailey Homes RTM of the month is The Michigan. The 1210 square foot three-bedroom RTM has everything you need. The home is a very open concept with a good sized living room and makes excellent use of the square footage. Also included in this very practical design is a mudroom with lots of storage and washer and dryer.
