With this square footage this home easily has three bedrooms, two baths, and a main floor laundry. The second floor has a master bedroom. The design is very open, really high in the front, with lots of windows. It’s perfect for the lake.
Some people put this one on a crawl space with the two floors, but others place it on a basement. We’ve even designed it with a walk out basement.
