We decided to only put two bedrooms on the main floor of this 1385 square foot home to allow for a much larger master bedroom, ensuite, and walk in closet. There are two bedrooms upstairs but with a full basement there could easily be three downstairs.

The foyer/mudroom is fairly large and is dual purposed with an entrance door into the garage as well as the main entrance that leads directly outside. By doing a bilevel it puts the stairs on the inside of the house instead of outside which makes it easier to get into the house, and makes its more safe when climbing stairs in the winter.
The exterior of the house will have a combination of longboard wood grain siding, white vinyl siding, and some stone veneer accents. It will also have a covered roof over the main entrance with a concrete landing and step to get into the house. The theme for the exterior will be a black and white modern take.
