With two bedrooms, this is perfect retirement home. This is smaller square footage RTM, the kitchen is really large. A spacious kitchen was important to the customers so they chose to give extra room to the kitchen and less to the dining room.
From our designer Sharon Bailey: “A lot of dining rooms nowadays are just for show, people don’t really use them all the time so why waste the space there.”
The home has a walk-in pantry, full ensuite and walk-in closet. Customers also chose to only have two bedrooms, but that gave them space for a second full bath, walk-in closet and staircase to the basement.
