Drafting:<\/strong> Sharon Bailey offers a full drafting and engineering service that makes Bailey Homes a one-stop shop for your residential and commercial needs. Having an in house drafting service makes it much quicker and easier to get your job going. This includes drawing additions and garages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concrete:<\/strong> Our projects range anywhere from basements to crawlspaces, wood or concrete. We do patios, driveways, drilled and poured piers, grade beams, thickened edge slabs, shop and basement floors, as well as a wide range of specialty concrete needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garages:<\/strong> Bailey Homes offers the full package when it comes to building your attached\/detached garage or shop. We take care of everything from the permit process through the construction. We will general contract your project from the planning stage, pouring the concrete, framing the building and the interior and exterior finish. We will include the electrical and any plumbing or mechanical. In-floor heat is popular in garages and shops and we offer the best service in supply and install of your in-floor heat system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
