We had a fun open house today with about 150 people coming to mingle and to tour our new show home. It was a scorcher of a day and we were happy that we had two tents to help keep people cool thanks to Prairieheart Tent Rentals — what a nice start to the summer. Office Expansion and Showroom

We’re currently in the final stages our of office expansion at our build site in Portage la Prairie.

This expansion will greatly enhance our customer experience with a new showroom displaying samples of kitchen cabinets, countertops and more. Here customers will also be able to go over custom design plans on the spot with our in-house designer Sharon. [Read more…]

Bailey Homes is Growing

Seeing an increased demand in our Ready-T0-Move (RTM) homes we expanded our building site in 2014 to allow for double the number of builds we could handle previously. Currently we have five builds on the go and there are more coming soon.

Bailey Homes offers one of the quickest build times in the industry — our high quality trades can have your home completed between three and four months time. Our homes are enrolled with National Home Warranty which guarantees the material and workmanship for one year, the building envelope for three years and the structure of the RTM for five years.

First Build of 2015

We are starting 2015 out with a new build right out of the gate. Its an 1800 sq ft storey and a half model that is going to make a beautiful home for this young family. [Read more…]
