People often ask us if we can ship a home with a garage and the answer is yes! The exterior features two dormers, and with this design we could make them active dormers allowing in lots of natural light in the bedrooms and giving them more depth.

Our Olympia onsite home was another one-of-a-kind build for us. It has one of the best views we’ve seen for a country living, nestled on the top of a ridge looking over our customer’s farm land.

This Sunnyvale show home (available now!) is another original design for us —it is based on the footprint of the Southampton but there are some differences. We kept the square footage down to keep the house affordable but still but we gave people twelve foot walls and vault through the main room that everyone really likes these days.
