The Springfield was our first big two-storey build and this home has lots of curb appeal. The home has dormers, dual vaults, vault in the master, vault in the living room.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a sitting area. There is lots of room for kids, with bedrooms both upstairs and in the basement.
There is a large mudroom and a nice big island — one of the biggest we’ve done —with a gorgeous butcher block top.
From our designer Sharon Bailey: “There is a huge walk-in pantry which I love. These customers indulged in an unusually large laundry room. They have one of the most spacious mudrooms I’ve done too.”
