This house is completely built standard Bailey Homes specs — except for fireplace and covered deck, but there is nothing lacking in this house.
The exterior of this model features willow green Timberlake siding and Earthrone Cedar shingles. The Salem 4 is vaulted through from the hallway to the bedrooms and open concept for the kitchen, dining, and living room.
The counters are laminate Industrial Loft Arborite Premium.
The customers have added an electric fireplace with stone, and is a focal point of the living room.
The mudroom will be the main entrance and also accommodates the laundry area as well. This is a good way to get your washer and dryer in a smaller square footage.
