This home, along with the Salem 4 being moved to Baker’s Narrows near Flin Flon. Some of the roads in this area won’t accommodate moving an RTM in, so we come up with other ways of getting a home to the customer. For this one we had an ice road built and moved it across the lake.
The Madison line of RTM homes range from the 1274 square foot Madison 1 to the 1454 square foot Madison 5. All our homes are customized for each specific customer needs.
The exterior of the Madison 4 has Rustic Grey KWP siding and dual black Biltmore shingles.
The interior features a vaulted ceiling in the living room, and the half wall really opens up the living space.
The bedrooms are on one side home and the kitchen and dining room on the other.
The customer has chosen some upgrades that makes this house stand out. Caesarstone quartz countertops, that are timeless, and a beautiful tile backsplash.
The Dimplex electric fireplace has Ceratec Monolith 3D wood white tiles and a custom mantle made by Ian Bailey.
