This 1800 square foot home has three bedrooms and a four season room off the back, which functions as a family room or living room. The master bedroom includes a large walk in closet and ensuite. There is also another full bath, and walk in pantry.
The wood fireplace’s chimney is on the outside of the house helping to maximize space in the living room.
The customers decided to put it on a crawl space to avoid stairs to a basement, as this is their retirement home. They opted for a couple of steps to get in to stay high and dry, but they could have also joist-hangered the floor if they preferred fewer steps.
From our designer Sharon Bailey: “This was an onsite build but it could easily be an RTM. It is 1800 square feet and has curb appeal on the front and the back of the house. Normally, you don’t dress up the back, but the back looks just as good as the front.”
