This large RTM was delivered to a farmyard. Although spare bedrooms are typically 10ft x 10ft, these customers chose to make the spare bedrooms larger.
There is a nice big foyer in this house which also serves as a mudroom. The foyer serves dual purpose with two entrances, one from the garage and one from house, and is a great way to design an entranceway.
There is also a walk-in closet, ensuite, big bathroom/laundry and lots of closet space.
