The Salem model has been a very popular model with our customers and that is why we decided to make it a show home. Most of this build has our standard finishes and we designed it to attract people looking for a cabin at a decent price.
There are gun metal grey stained oak cabinets and has a white subway tile backsplash in the kitchen. The living room features this custom electrical fireplace with fieldstone finish and live edge custom mantel built by Ian Bailey.
The siding was upgraded and it was the first time we used Kaycan Verona siding. The 12 foot by 26 foot deck has 6×6 posts and beams with decorative black hardware.
